Let's eat.... Cider Fish and Chips
We skipped the ques at the Fish and Chip shop, stayed home and made our own battered cider fish and chips. All we can say is.... superb!
There are plenty of great cider fish batter recipes online and remember when choosing a cider try to find a semi-sweet or dry cider as sweet cider does not complement savoury dishes.
We used our dry cyder Vat of 9 Tails 2017 ~ 750 ml bottle.
